The price is 96% of the average counting from 30 transaction days in London Metal Exchange prior to the contract signed.
Inspection : SGS/CIQ/CCIC to determine quality, quantity at loading port at the expense of Seller. Any inspection at port of destination will be at the expense of
Buyer.
Performance Bond : 2% of the Contract price to be issued by the seller after acceptable payment
instrument from Buyer.

2. Buyer issues ICPO or LOI and Bank details with Soft probe permission
3. Seller issues Draft Contract
6. Parties will sign after the meeting the NCNDA and Final Actual Contract.
7. Buyer issues LC within 7 days from signature of the contract
8. Seller issues 2% PB to make payment instrument operative
9. Seller ships goods within 40-45 days and every month thereafter
9. Seller and buyer inspects loading at loading port
